I have never felt as high and elated as I did Saturday night at that show. ( and no, I wasn’t on any drugs) To see you all up on that stage having so much fun and being practically hysterical with joy and laughter was amazing. Thank you for giving everything, I hope we all gave equally to you.
For any that didn’t make it out or that are willing to reminisce with me:
Joseph laughing with joy watching the audience going bananas, an impromptu mini wrestling session with Julian, and extra-special bouncy craziness. Julian laughing, smiling, and being fucking fabulous the whole time. Scott going absolutely nutz, (beat the ever-lovin’ crap outta the drum!) throwing a stick to Tiff, and making all of those ever fabulous Scott Thomas faces. Brad was the bounciest and most badass I’ve ever seen him… especially with him rockin’ the Zen hair wrap on his chinny chin chin. Ben Rada, Johnny Goudie, and hooooly shit FIRE DANCING!!! The set list was immaculate as far as I’m concerned and I managed to snag Mr. Mandrake’s list before the sound guy could have a proverbial cow on me so PTTTTH…
btw, the sound guy…. WHO PISSED IN HIS CORNFLAKES?!?!? He had the worst attitude all night. He was up mine and Tiffany’s asses for a good chunk of the show too talking about, “don’t lean on the stage”, (I had to! I was bound in hard leather… renfaire.) I was like dude, I do this ALL the time to take pictures. I couldn’t even get near Brad and if they wanted me to move, either Julian would say something, Scott would throw a damn stick and whack me with it, or Joseph would just step on my fucking head or something! Ugh, annoying. But that’s alright, at the end of the last song… (the dude was bent about the fire dancer, and the extended set)… Joseph totally flipped him off. It was the most well deserved “bird” I’ve ever seen… I think he was still singing too… it was great.
Anyway!...Extended set..... it was fabulous, it’s 2 a.m., and there are still a few songs left on the set list… Joseph approaches the microphone and says…
“Well, we were just told it’s 2 o’clock…….. but …………… we’re gonna keep playing for another 20 minutes or so if that’s ok with you guys.”
… I don’t think the crowd was ever louder. I had so much fun and I know everyone there did too, and at the risk of sounding like a baby, I cried in about the most appropriate place in the most appropriate song… (Thank you for playing it *hugs & kisses*)
“will this be the end
or will we meet again
will we meet…
again”
The show was closed out with the most amazing performance of the night by everyone and crowd chanting “Canvas! Canvas!” as the boys all met front and center for a heart wrenching group hug.
The show was the most hedonistic, fun, moving, and saddening thing I’ve ever seen in my life, I can’t wait for the next one.

Bottom line is even if you seem them coming you're not ready for the big moments; not really. So what are we helpless? Puppets? No, the big moments are going to come you can't stop that. It's what you do afterwards that counts. You'll see what I mean.
